Annemarie Eigenmann
Identity
I believe that people truly flourish when their identity, talents, and ambitions are connected to meaningful work. My heartfelt wish is to let the natural essence within people shine and to restore balance — shifting from performance and willpower toward more heart, emotion, and stillness.
My values are authenticity, connection, curiosity, and responsibility. I believe that everyone should be able to show and develop their full selves. True innovation only arises when the mind and heart, reason and intuition, come together. For me, work is only meaningful when it contributes to both personal growth and social balance.
Talent & challenge
My strength lies in communication, language, and sharp analysis. I am inquisitive and curious, skilled at listening and connecting, and able to translate complex issues into clear insights.
My challenge is to trust not only my rational and analytical side, but also to give more room to my feelings and intuition — allowing my work to become more balanced, natural, and human.
Ambition
My ambition is to make work more human and meaningful. Together with Jorrit, I developed ValuesMind, a platform that uses technology in a human-centered way — to make identity, talents, and ambitions visible and to connect them with organizations that align with them. This creates work that brings energy, growth, and meaning — for both professionals and companies.

Jorrit van der Laan
Identity
Nerd by nature and endlessly curious, I’m someone who thrives at the intersection of people and technology. With a background in Artificial Intelligence and a lifelong fascination for how things work (and how they can work better), I bring both analytical sharpness and human understanding to everything I do.
Talent & challenge
I’ve spent two decades driving innovation — introducing new products and ideas across startups, scaleups, and corporates. I love crunching complex information, connecting the dots, and keeping the helicopter view while staying deeply people-focused. My strength lies in reading the room, sparking collaboration, and turning collective potential into real-world progress.
My personal challenge? I’m so curious that I sometimes dive into too many things at once — but it’s that same curiosity that keeps me learning, evolving, and pushing boundaries.
Ambition
I worry about the climate crisis — and I refuse to stand by. My ambition is simple but urgent: to help save the planet. After all, people broke it, but people can save it. That’s why I love ValuesMind — a place where minds and hearts are matched to make things better. Together, we connect people with purpose, because collaboration is how real change begins.
